We are seeking a highly skilled Animation Specialist to join our creative team and bring life to our next generation of casino slot games. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in animation techniques, with a strong eye for detail, player psychology, and engaging motion design. You will work closely with game designers, artists, and developers to create compelling animations that enhance player experience, retention, and excitement.

  • Design and produce high-quality 2D animations for casino slot games, including reel spins, symbol win effects, free spins, and jackpot animations, as well as bonus features, transitions, and cinematic sequences.
  • Collaborate with artists, game designers, and developers to ensure animations fit seamlessly into the game environment and meet performance requirements.
  • Optimize animations for performance, memory usage, and smooth gameplay experience.
  • Mentor junior animators, share best practices, and help define animation standards.
  • Stay up to date with animation trends in gaming and continuously push creative boundaries.
">Primary Skills (Must-Have)">
  • Advanced knowledge of After Effects, including motion graphics, compositing, particle systems, expressions.
  • Expertise in Spine, including skeleton rigging, mesh deformation, weights, IK constraints, runtime optimization.
">Secondary Skills">
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for asset preparation, sprite sheets, image editing.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for vector asset creation and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Audition for basic sound editing and syncing for animations.
">Qualifications">
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work, preferably in casino slots or casual games.
