About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead both offline and inside sales teams at NIIT Digital. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to drive growth and meet revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Taking ownership of revenue across the business vertical, including planning and strategizing to achieve sales goals.
  2. Leading the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with overall sales strategies.
  3. Developing targeted sales strategies for the field sales team to meet and exceed sales targets in specific geographic regions.
  4. Fostering collaboration between sales channels to ensure seamless communication, lead distribution, and a unified approach to meeting sales goals.
  5. Working closely with the business head to identify new market opportunities and drive continuous revenue growth.
  6. Developing strategies for up-selling and cross-selling products to customers.
  7. Implementing analytics to track sales trends and ensure sales teams effectively use CRM systems.
  8. Identifying skill gaps and collaborating with the training team to design training programs.
  9. Designing and managing sales incentive programs to foster a competitive and motivated environment.
  10. Leading financial planning, budgeting, and ROI maximization.
