Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Quality Assurance team as a Test Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering and test automation, with expertise in Java Selenium automation frameworks, Cucumber, Maven, TestNG, and Git.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing QA strategy across projects, leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers, and overseeing the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks.

Key responsibilities include managing test planning, execution, and reporting across UI, API, DB, and Performance testing scopes, driving the adoption of test automation in CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in quality engineering and test automation
  • Strong knowledge of Java Selenium automation frameworks, Cucumber, Maven, TestNG, and Git
  • Hands-on experience in Functional, UI, API, and Database testing
  • Good exposure to Performance Testing concepts and tools
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
