We are seeking talented Architects & Interior Designers to join our organization.

Job Description
  • Concept Design: Prepare comprehensive plans, including building programming, elevations, sections, 3D illustrations, and material selections.
  • Schematics Design: Coordinate SMEP details and drawings with consultants while ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Design Development: Develop detailed, coordinated plans and elevations that meet project requirements.
  • Tender Details: Prepare tender drawings, BOQ/specifications, and quantify materials for successful project execution.
  • GFC Drawings: Create good-for-construction drawings for site implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) with a minimum of 1 year of industry experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly skilled individuals driven by innovation and excellence.
  • Committed professionals able to multitask, develop leadership skills, and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in large-scale hospitality and interior projects is an asset.
