Job Overview:
SBI General Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales and Business Development Associate to join our team in Imphal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of India's leading insurance companies. You will be based in SBI branch office and will be working closely with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of insurance products, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle walk-in customers at SBI branch office
* Communicate and pitch SBI Health insurance to customers
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Provide product training and demonstrations to customers
* Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Age: 18-26 years
* Educational Qualification: Graduates (Tech, Non-Tech both) + 3 yrs Diploma + B.Voc can apply
* Graduate Fresher can apply + Graduate less than 1 Yr experience candidates can apply
* Good communication skill required
* Apprentices having contracts with other organizations are not eligible
* Both Male & Female can apply
