Job Title: Rural Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Rural Development Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and implementing education, skill development, health, and environment-related projects in rural areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collection, verification, and analysis of field data for accuracy and reliability.
  • Development and enhancement of data collection tools, formats, and methodologies.
  • Participation in field surveys and assessments with timely and precise data reporting.
  • Data entry, cleaning, and management of beneficiary monitoring databases.
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Identification of key performance trends, challenges, and learning opportunities to inform project improvements.
  • Capacity-building initiatives, including training workshops for project teams and community stakeholders.
  • Coordination with external evaluators and stakeholders to support project assessments and reviews.
  • Conduct research and share insights on best practices in rural development, CSR compliance, and project monitoring.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field such as planning, architecture, or designing.
  • At least 4-6 years of work experience in a related field.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new skills on the job.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of Hindi for Hardoi, UP.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), QGIS & Mapping tools, Power bi.
  • Self-motivated, team player, and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about social impact, innovation, and sustainable development.
