Technical Content Writer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Digital Transformation technologies.

  • Create and manage a wide range of content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, technical documentation, solution briefs, video scripts, emailers, and more.
  • Translate complex concepts into engaging narratives tailored for both technical and business audiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and SMEs to gather insights and validate content for accuracy.
  • Support product marketing, sales enablement, and campaigns with compelling and persuasive content assets.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the Data, AI, and digital ecosystem to ensure content relevance and thought leadership.
  • Manage editorial calendars, ensure brand tone and consistency across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in technical writing, preferably in AI, Data Science, Cloud, or Digital Transformation domains.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI tools, Data platforms, Cloud technologies, and digital strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in writing for developer audiences, business stakeholders, and enterprise customers.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple content deliverables with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace, Jira, Trello.
  • Bonus: Experience working in a tech consulting, SaaS, or enterprise IT services environment.
  • Experience in creating content for proposals, RFPs/RFIs and technical solution documents would be a plus.
