Job Title: Technical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer with strong expertise in encryption, key management, and Unix/Linux administration to safeguard sensitive data, implement cryptographic solutions, and ensure compliance with security standards across both on-premise and cloud environments.

  1. Design, Implement, and Manage Secure Key Management Solutions: Develop, deploy, and maintain secure key management systems that meet industry standards for confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  2. Administer Unix/Linux Systems for Encryption and Cryptographic Services: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Unix/Linux systems to support encryption and cryptographic services, ensuring high performance and availability.
  3. Collaborate with Development and DevOps Teams: Work closely with development and DevOps teams to integrate encryption into software development life cycle (SDLC) pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and efficient deployment of cryptographic solutions.
  4. Ensure Compliance with Security and Regulatory Standards: Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant security and regulatory standards, such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST, to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
  5. Monitor, Troubleshoot, and Optimize Cryptographic Services: Continuously monitor and analyze cryptographic services for availability, performance, and security, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to ensure optimal operation.
  6. Secure Data Flows with Infrastructure Components: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to design and implement secure data flows using firewalls, load balancers, databases, logging, and monitoring tools, ensuring protection of sensitive data at all stages.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Cybersecurity: Possess significant experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on encryption and secure key management.
  • Strong Unix/Linux System Administration Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in Unix/Linux system administration, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on Experience with SDLC Processes and DevOps Tools: Have hands-on experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and DevOps tools, such as GitLab and Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure Components: Understand the design and implementation of infrastructure components, including firewalls, load balancers, databases, logging, and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
