Job Overview

The Network Marketer role is a key position within our organization, focused on creating and managing referral-driven growth strategies. This involves leveraging personal and professional networks, affiliates, influencers, and brand advocates to expand our reach and adoption.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in network marketing, affiliate growth, or community marketing in the fintech, payments, or Web3 sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and Grow Network-Based Marketing Channels:
  • Create and manage referral programs, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations to drive grassroots adoption campaigns.
  • Develop Reward-Based Marketing Strategies:
  • Incentivize referrals and word-of-mouth growth through reward-based marketing approaches.
  • Identify and Onboard Network Leaders:
  • Find and engage network leaders, micro-influencers, and community ambassadors in fintech/Web3 spaces.
  • Track and Analyze Performance:
  • Monitor and analyze referral funnels, campaign performance, and ROI for all network-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work with marketing and product teams to design network-centric campaigns (contests, ambassador programs, incentive structures).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years in network marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-driven growth.
  • Proven Success: Track record of building and scaling referral or ambassador programs.
  • Community Connections: Strong connections in crypto, fintech, or digital communities (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, groups, etc.).
  • Growth Metrics Understanding: Familiarity with performance-based growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI on referral campaigns).
  • Communication and Persuasion: Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Community Mobilization: Ability to mobilize communities and turn users into brand advocates.
