Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning, with experience in building and scaling complex ML pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement agentic AI workflows using large language models (LLMs) and orchestration frameworks.
  • Build and scale ML pipelines for our team members, ensuring they are production-grade and efficient.
  • Develop connectors to integrate AI with external systems, promoting seamless collaboration.
  • Fine-tune models for various domains, such as finance, legal, and tax, while optimizing performance and accuracy.
Requirements
  • At least 45 years of experience as an ML Engineer or Applied Scientist in production.
  • Strong Python skills, with expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Proficient in building data pipelines and deploying ML systems.
  • Experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG systems, and vector DBs.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple LLM providers.
  • Knowledge of containerization and deployment, including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, and CI/CD.
Bonus Requirements
  • Familiarity with LangGraph/LangChain, vLLM, Ray, LLM eval tools, or event-driven systems.
