Job Title: Technical Content Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Specialist to create high-quality training data sets for our AI models. As part of a global team of language / subject matter experts, you will be entrusted with responsibilities such as:

  • Developing and refining data sets to improve the accuracy and fluency of our AI models.
  • Annotating data to align AI models with human values and ensure consistency in output.
  • Editing and improving grammar, syntax, and sentence structure in expert-generated and AI-model-generated text.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Meting target performance metrics within specified data production windows, demonstrating expertise and accountability.

We need you to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Masters degree or higher in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), with a strong foundation in writing and communication.
  • Excellent writing skills in English, with the ability to adapt to various styles and formats.
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics, with experience in editing and improving written content.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
