We are seeking a seasoned deployment specialist to lead the successful rollout of software products into production environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain existing Team Foundation Server (TFS) systems, ensuring seamless deployment automation
  • Deploy software products to multiple environments for various customers
  • Create and maintain application and system configuration files
  • Perform release branching and maintenance tasks
  • Enhance application deployment processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field
  • Strong experience administering and using TFS and Visual Studio
  • Familiarity with GitLab version control and pipeline development
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience deploying software and database scripts to complex production environments required
  • At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps role writing advanced automation scripts using PowerShell, Ansible, or similar scripting languages required
  • Working experience transitioning from traditional manual deployments to automated continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
  • Strong working experience automating build and packaging of Java/JavaScript services and dot net applications for continuous integration
  • General understanding of web server software such as IIS and Apache and application deployment automation
  • General understanding of Application Infrastructure Components like Load Balancers, Firewalls, Web Servers, Application Servers, Database Servers, Certificates etc.
  • Experience with configuration change control, validation, and automation thereof required
  • Working experience deploying software in OnPrem and Cloud environments required
  • Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining containerized software in OpenShift or Kubernetes and automation thereof is a plus
  • Knowledge of Linux (RHEL) and Windows
  • Experience with DBmaestro is a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results
  • Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Banking/Financial services industry
  • Knowledge of DevOps, Configuration Management, and Agile practices
  • Knowledge of large scale deployment to multiple servers and environments
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
