Senior QA Engineer Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing frameworks, ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI/GenAI systems.

  • Developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software releases
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Designing and executing test cases to validate system functionality
  • Maintaining and improving existing automation frameworks to meet changing business requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong functional testing capabilities, experience with AI/GenAI systems, and proficiency in regression, performance, and stress testing. Additionally, they will possess solid understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, algorithms, and frameworks.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 7-9 years of experience in software testing, preferably in AI/GenAI systems
  • Strong functional testing capabilities, especially for AI/GenAI systems
  • Experience in writing detailed test cases and defect documentation
  • Proficiency in regression, performance, and stress testing
  • Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA and XRAY
  • Solid understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, algorithms, and frameworks
  • Ability to test AI models and systems for accuracy, reliability, and edge cases
  • Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
  • Knowledge of data science and statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in Python and Java
  • Experience with automation tools/frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, and PyTest
  • Understanding of object-oriented design principles and best practices in automation scripting
