A Quality Assurance professional is sought after to drive performance excellence across all quality metrics.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of customer interactions, providing constructive feedback to enhance scores, and implementing process improvements.

To excel in this role, the successful candidate should possess excellent writing, comprehension, and verbal communication skills, as well as prior experience in handling quality assurance for outbound sales teams.

Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is also desirable.

The Quality Assurance specialist will be accountable for data analysis, preparing and publishing reports, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits and provide feedback to improve scores
  • Data analysis and report preparation
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery
  • Communicate key performance indicators to heighten awareness and focus on positive customer experiences
  • Drive process improvements and recommend changes
  • Reduce learning curve and enhance product knowledge of new joiners
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
  • Customer/Client Interactions using process knowledge and highlighting areas for improvement
  • Prepare and publish reports for 100% closure
  • Provide real-time support on the floor as per business requirements
