End User Computing Expert

As a seasoned end user computing expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless user experiences across the global estate. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining security compliance, patching vulnerabilities, and implementing best-of-breed processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Device Management: Manage MAC device management, user identity, and endpoint protection using JAMF Pro/Cloud.
  • Policies and Procedures: Configure policies and manage devices for optimal performance.
  • Security Standards: Maintain security standards across the EUC estate using JAMF, SCCM, MECM, and Azure.
  • Vulnerability Management: Ensure timely patches and compliance levels are met.
  • Process Development: Develop and implement vulnerability, security, and Evergreen upgrade processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver service improvements without unnecessary investment in new products. As a subject matter expert, you will own technical documentation, maintain support resources, and provide up-to-date knowledge base articles.

Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in JAMF Administration, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, enterprise patching, and configuration manager.
  • Compliance-Driven Environment: Experience working in environments driven by security standards.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with engineering teams, packaging, senior technical management, and product owners.
