Game Development Internship Opportunity

We are a leading game developer and publisher seeking an intern to join our team of experienced artists. This role will provide hands-on experience with end-to-end exposure to game development.

About the Role

As an intern, you will work alongside our team to create captivating visuals for our mobile games. You will be involved in various aspects of art creation, from concept art to final assets, contributing to the overall visual style of our games.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating high-quality 2D art assets, including characters, environments, props, and UI elements.
  • Collaborate with the art team to develop and maintain the visual style and aesthetic of our games.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual experience of our games.
  • Work closely with game designers, animators, and developers to ensure art assets are implemented correctly.
  • Assist in creating concept art and sketches to visualize ideas and iterate on designs.
  • Perform quality assurance on art assets, ensuring they meet our standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in 2D art.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 2D art skills, including character design, environment design, and UI elements.
  • Strong foundational skills in storytelling through pose and composition.
  • Proficient in digital inking and rendering techniques.
  • Basic understanding of concept art, including illustration and design.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software, such as Photoshop and Maya.
  • Passion for games and willingness to grow within the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
