Senior Process Analyst

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join our organization as a Senior Process Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for leading financial systems testing, integration, support, and reporting across various teams.

We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with 3–5 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) Reconciliation, strong accounting knowledge in Indian Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Statutory Audit. Exposure to US GAAP is considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all tasks related to the testing and conversion of accounting data from branch agency management systems to central divisional systems, including data analysis and reconciliation of converted data.
  • Support all agency management system accounting processes and users with production issues, maintaining organization and prioritization of support requests.
  • Work with internal and external development teams to test, implement, and resolve production issues and new functionality.
Essential Qualifications:
  • MBA – Finance, CA Inter, or any post-graduate degree in Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Work Setup:

Flexible work-from-office arrangement, General Shift (9 AM – 6 PM), 5 days a week.
