Job Title: User Interface Lead

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced UI Lead to drive front-end development of a cutting-edge application security platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in modern UI frameworks, cloud-based architectures, leadership activities like mentoring, code reviews, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces for the application security platform.
  • Implement best practices in UI/UX design, performance optimization, and accessibility.
  • Work with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of UI developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align UI development with business goals.
  • Guide and support QA teams (manual and automation) in understanding UI workflows, test coverage, and automation strategies.
  • Drive technical discussions, architecture decisions, and roadmap planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
