UK Visa Processor

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead visa processing for UK business, work, and visitor categories.
• Implement a process-driven approach to ensure timely client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate visa checklists for various categories to guarantee precision.
• Review visa applications and supporting documents for compliance with Consulate/Embassy requirements.
• Counsel employees/client SPOCs on mandatory submission requirements.
• Coordinate with the back-office team for updates, document collection, and application/passport submissions at VFS/consulates.
• Foster good relationships with VFS Global and Embassy/Consulate officials.
• Deliver services in accordance with agreed terms and service level agreements.
• Create a knowledge base on immigration regulations and visa processes.
• Recommend process improvements for greater efficiency and share insights with the team.
• Tailor cover/support letters for visa applications according to client needs.
• Stay up-to-date with new country-specific immigration processes based on business demands.
• Oversee and track the entire immigration process from start to finish.
• Maintain detailed MIS and generate bi-weekly/monthly reports with analysis and trend insights.

Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience handling Business, Work, and Dependent visa processes; UK immigration experience is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in an MNC, corporate office, or as an implant/backend support staff is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proactive attitude toward learning.
• Strong understanding of corporate immigration trends and client servicing standards.
• Mandatory knowledge of UK, Ireland, and Schengen visa processes.
• Proficient in Excel and capable of generating comprehensive reports.
• Open to new challenges and continuous learning.
• Committed to delivering high-quality client service.
• A strong team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision, under pressure, and across new learning areas.
