Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a highly skilled Air Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing flight bookings, fare quotations, and issuing air tickets for domestic and international travel.

Job Tasks
  • Air Ticketing: Handle domestic and international flight bookings using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Reservations: Issue, reissue, void, and cancel tickets in compliance with airline policies.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with flight inquiries, travel routes, airline options, and schedules.
  • Coordination and Reporting: Liaise with Airlines for fare quotes, seat confirmations, and special service requests.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in air ticketing and reservations with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with clients and airlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings efficiently is crucial for this position.
