Visionary Planner

As a visionary planner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic planning initiatives and ensuring operational efficiency across the organization. This position requires a strong foundation in merchandising, inventory management, and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Inventory & OTB Management: Monitor inventory health and plan inward movement based on GMV, DOH, and STR targets to ensure optimal stock levels support sales and profitability goals.
• Assortment & Selection Planning: Create season-level buy plans and assortment strategies using historical performance and revenue targets to ensure comprehensive category representation across product lines.

You will be responsible for developing and executing planning strategies that align with business goals, optimize inventory flow, and enhance category performance. This role is ideal for individuals who are analytical, creative problem solvers with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Education: Graduate from a reputable institution with a strong understanding of planning and inventory management.
• Experience: 6–7 years (Graduate) or 4–5 years (Postgraduate) in buying/planning/merchandising with e-commerce experience preferred.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong technical skills with advanced MS Excel, familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Mindset: Customer-centric, analytical, and creative problem solver.
• Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Initiative: Willingness to learn, innovate, and take ownership.
