Job Role:

A sought-after Gen AI Developer is required to design, develop and architect cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Python with proficiency in frameworks like Flask, Streamlit, and FastAPI for AI solution development.
  • Implement intelligent agents and agent-based systems using expertise in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
  • Engineer memory and context-aware systems for dynamic interactions in AI systems.
  • Collaborate on solutioning initiatives in Data and GenAI, driving innovation and efficiency through scalable and efficient AI solutions.
  • Work with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, or Autogen, requiring hands-on experience with at least one of these tools.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of Agent Architectures and Multi-Component Pipelines (MCP).

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, Autogen.
  • Deep understanding of Agent Architectures, RAG, and GraphRAG.
  • Familiarity with memory management and context engineering in AI systems.
  • Proven ability to design scalable and efficient AI solutions.
