Machine Learning Model Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Model Developer to drive business value through the design and implementation of machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Preprocessing: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and validation.
  • Model Design and Implementation: Design and implement machine learning models (regression, classification, NLP, deep learning, etc.).
  • Feature Engineering and Hyperparameter Tuning: Perform feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning to optimize model performance.
  • Collaboration with Data Engineers: Collaborate with data engineers to integrate models into applications and APIs.
  • Model Testing and Validation: Ensure model accuracy, explainability, and performance through testing and validation.
  • Documentation: Document models, methodologies, and outcomes for technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in ML model development.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Python skills with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with SQL, data wrangling, and feature engineering.
  • Deployment Experience: Experience deploying ML models via APIs or cloud platforms.
  • Statistics and Model Evaluation: Good understanding of statistics and model evaluation techniques.
