You will coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, as well as maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and timely records. Furthermore, you will assist with the preparation of onboarding documents and ensure timely completion of all necessary paperwork for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings, screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate databases.
- Onboarding Process: Assist with preparing onboarding documents, ensure timely completion of paperwork, and coordinate orientation sessions.
- Database and Record Management: Track candidate progress through various stages of the hiring process.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or administrative roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
