Furthermore, you will assist with the preparation of onboarding documents and ensure timely completion of all necessary paperwork for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings, screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate databases.
  • Onboarding Process: Assist with preparing onboarding documents, ensure timely completion of paperwork, and coordinate orientation sessions.
  • Database and Record Management: Track candidate progress through various stages of the hiring process.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or administrative roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
