As a Client Outreach Executive, you will play a critical part in expanding our brand connections and driving meetings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a proactive attitude. You will research potential clients, reach out to them via various channels, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate records of outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research the kids fashion/lifestyle industry to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with target brands.
• Utilize email, phone calls, and social media to connect with potential clients.
• Maintain a professional CRM or spreadsheet to track outreach progress.
• Coordinate meeting schedules and provide timely follow-ups.
• Identify areas for improvement in our outreach methods and suggest enhancements.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of marketing principles is an asset.
• Flexibility to work part-time (20h/week) from our office-atelier in Jaipur.
