Data Engineering Lead for Manufacturing Data Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering Lead to join our team in India. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in big data tools such as Spark, Delta, and Kafka, and experience with data wrangling techniques to create analytical datasets. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop solutions to improve manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement optimal data pipeline architectures to support business requirements
- Collaborate with data architects and data modeling teams to define data structures and metadata
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards to monitor performance
- Work with data analytics experts to develop predictive models and recommendations for process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on big data technologies
- Strong knowledge of Spark, Delta, and Kafka
- Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
