The incumbent will provide strategic leadership to placement-related activities in designated schools. Building strong relationships with national and international industries is crucial. The ideal candidate will target competitive positions and profiles for students, aligning them with top B-Schools and leading recruiters. They will formulate a placement policy in close coordination with the Dean/Director of the Campus. Key responsibilities include strengthening summer placements, periodic projects, internships, company visits, guest lectures, and industrial visits. The incumbent will also be responsible for creating a placement brochure, presentations, and visits to companies for promoting students and their programs. Establishing industry interfaces for training programs, CEO series, and corporate projects is essential.

Requirements include an MBA (2 years full-time) from a leading national/international management school, with 8-10 years of experience in industry/corporate organizations. At least 2-3 years of experience should be at a middle management level in marketing/HR. Candidates with experience from education institutions/sector and service sector will be preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
