About this role
We are looking for a talented intern to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge projects involving financial data analysis, investment research, and risk modelling.
As an intern in this position, you will have the opportunity to work on various tasks such as:
- Data cleaning and pre-processing for financial datasets.
- Assisting investment teams in equity research, fixed income research, portfolio management, and economic analysis.
- Applying statistical techniques to financial problems such as credit risk modelling, probability of default, and value-at-risk estimation.
- Working with big data sources including financial reports, macroeconomic datasets, and alternative investment data.
- Analyzing, visualizing, and modeling financial data using Python, Excel or R.
This is an excellent opportunity for students who want to upskill in data science and gain practical experience in the field. We encourage self-learning and working independently in a remote environment.
The internship duration can be customized to fit your needs, ranging from 1 to 6 months. You will have the flexibility to work at your own pace and schedule.
We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, who are able to self-learn and adapt quickly. If you are passionate about data science and want to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.
