This role involves working closely with clients to deliver high-quality Murex environment support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision of Murex environment management and configuration experience.
  • Release management – Exposure to various tools such as SVN, Nexus, ANT, Jenkins, GIT etc.
  • Datamart configurations and Processing scripts configuration for EOD process.
  • Provide Level1/2/3 application production support for in scope data related applications.
  • Set up of Failover / DR for database and application and Infrastructure monitoring.
  • Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of ITIL Practices - Incident, Problem, Change Management, Problem Management, and Event Management.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Murex environment management and configuration experience. The candidate should also possess excellent debugging skills and a good understanding of ITIL practices.
