Electronics and Mechatronics Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics and Mechatronics Engineer to join our team. As an integral part of our aerospace projects, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing electro-mechanical systems for avionics and other electronic systems.

Key responsibilities include spearheading complex electronics system design, analysis, and integration. You will be responsible for designing high-precision electro-mechanical systems, defining selection criteria for key electronics & mechanical components, testing and validating them for use in different sub-systems.

You will also coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to seamlessly integrate embedded systems with mechanical systems, ensuring alignment in design parameters and tolerance considerations. In addition, you will develop and implement comprehensive testing and verification strategies to ensure the robustness and integrity of embedded software & mechanical systems throughout the development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electronics engineering, proficiency in mechanical engineering, and experience in designing electro-mechanical/robotic systems using very strong technical fundamentals. Familiarity with embedded C/C++, knowledge of microcontrollers (e.g., STM32), and proficiency in reviewing and modifying circuits, wiring, and PCB layouts are also essential skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, robotics, Aeronautical (Avionics).
  • Strong electro-mechanical design instincts and a thorough understanding of dynamics & control.
  • Hands-on expertise in housing electronic & circuit assembly.
  • Working/basic knowledge of parametric modelling CAD software.
  • Basic knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up.
