  • Operate and monitor complex machinery within a regulated manufacturing environment to ensure high-quality production outputs.
  • Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines according to standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks to identify potential issues and prevent downtime, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain product quality standards during machine operations in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and company protocols.
  • Record accurate machine operating data, production outputs, and downtime logs to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and proper execution of material feeding, changeovers, and line clearance as per requirements.
  • Swiftly report and escalate equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, or abnormalities to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Upkeep a clean, safe, and compliant working environment adhering to Good Hygienic Practices (GHP) and safety standards.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and documentation verification processes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in machinery operations within Nutraceuticals, Food Manufacturing, or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Hands-on expertise with blending, granulation, encapsulation, filling, or packaging machines is essential.
  • Exposure to food technology processes such as mixing, drying, stability testing is required.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of machine operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with food safety, quality control, and hygienic practices regulations.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, and regulatory guidelines including FSSAI/ISO.
  • Able to accurately conduct and document in-process checks.
  • Attention to detail, ownership, and adherence to SOPs are crucial.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with supervisors, QA, and maintenance teams.
