Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, technical expertise, and a passion for data analysis. As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to provide actionable insights that drive client stickiness, profitability, and MiQ's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data analysis strategies to optimize campaigns and improve client engagement
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain analytics frameworks and best practices
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and growth
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)
  • 2+ years' experience in analytics, with a strong focus on data analysis and visualization
  • Working knowledge of Python/R, SQL, Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts and derive insights from data
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing advanced data visualizations
