Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Dance and Music Educator to lead our Early Years programme.

Main Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Delivery:
  • Develop and teach engaging dance and music lessons aligned with the CBSE Early Years framework.
  • Create opportunities for students to explore their creativity and cultural diversity through inquiry-based learning.
    • Collaboration and Integration:
    • Work closely with classroom teachers to integrate creative methods into transdisciplinary themes and interdisciplinary units.
    • Establish effective assessment strategies that align with IB objectives and evaluate student progress.
      • Professional Growth:
      • Stay updated with current trends in IB education.
      • Contribute to the school's collaborative culture through professional development workshops.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Years Education or a related field is essential.
  • Experience teaching in EY/Pre schools is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of inquiry-based and student-centered learning is required.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills are necessary.
