Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Head to lead our team at DBS Bank. As a Branch Head, you will be responsible for driving the overall business of the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, proactive sales environment, and seamless back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall business of the branch by ensuring exceptional customer service, proactive sales environment, and seamless back-office operations.
  • Enhance existing relationships with customers and build new relationships to increase the customer base.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable external and internal regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years in handling Branch of a reputed Bank.
  • MBA.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
