We seek a motivated Junior SAP FICA Functional Consultant with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) expertise to join our organization. The candidate will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP FICA module, focusing on revenue collection, billing, contract accounting, and bulk payment processing in a SaaS or service-based product environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in SAP FICA/RAR who desires to expand their expertise in subscription-based and service-driven financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in configuring and supporting SAP FICA processes, including:
  • Revenue collection and allocation
  • Subscription billing and invoicing
  • Contract accounting
  • Dunning and collections
  • Bulk payments and payment run execution
  • Collaborate with RAR teams to ensure compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 for revenue recognition.
  • Support integration between FICA, SD, FI, and RAR modules for end-to-end revenue management.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, system testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze issues and propose solutions.
  • Assist in creating functional specifications for enhancements and work closely with ABAP teams.
  • Provide production support and resolve incidents related to FICA/RAR processes.
  • Document configurations, test cases, and end-user training materials.
