Project Leader Job Description:

The Project Manager will play a key role in the growth of our organization, implementing best practices and new methodologies to deliver projects as per agreed scope, schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement successful project management using industry-recognized methodologies
  • Lead a project team of functional and technical consultants (internal and external)
  • Build trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Interpret commercial terms and manage projects as per agreed conditions
  • Support leadership teams on pre-sales activity and proposals
Requirements:
  • Overall 15+ years of working experience
  • 8+ years of effective Project Manager experience
  • Worked in reputable organizations with software implementation experience
  • Delivered end-2-end large/medium software projects using Waterfall and Agile Methodology
  • Good understanding of Risk, Fraud, Originations domains
  • Experience in delivering software solutions in Loan Originations, Fraud, Decisioning, Customer Management
  • Experience in delivering Cloud based implementations and On-Prem solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%)
