Dynamics Business Analyst

The role of this Business Analyst involves working closely with business teams to understand their requirements and provide impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business needs
- Demonstrate solution capabilities to users
- Conduct thorough business process analysis and create a fit-gap report
- Develop solution designs to address business requirements, interface, and performance needs
- Offer expert advice on complex business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on industry best practices
The selected candidate will work as part of the development team, reporting to the project manager and technical lead. Key skills required for this role include:
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring Dynamics Self-service Portals, custom portals, and knowledge management, SharePoint integration
- Experience in configuring Customer Service Hub, Unified Client Interface, Power BI Dashboards & Reports
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing solutions to drive growth and improvement.
Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are implemented effectively.
