Persolkelly is a leading technology consulting firm seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning Consultant to join our Technology Enablement practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing OneStream solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
About the Role
This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop effective OneStream solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with project team members to design and implement OneStream solutions
- Working directly with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into specific OneStream functionality
- Configuring and customizing client OneStream environments to develop proof-of-concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders
- Applying best practices while building custom solutions for specific client requirements
- Conducting internal testing to validate custom-designed solutions and effectively performing user acceptance testing on client OneStream environments
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
- At least 5 years of experience in implementation or optimization of OneStream and/or other Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems
- Involvement in multiple full-cycle CPM implementations
- Good understanding of consolidated core financial statements (PL, BS, CF, EBITDA)
- Good knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes and procedures (financial close, financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, account reconciliation, etc.)
- Good understanding of delivery methodology and participation in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with OneStream MarketPlace solutions
- Experience with VB.net or Visual Basic and business rule writing
- OneStream online training course completion
- OneStream certification
- Hyperion EPM/other CPM experience
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
