We are inviting applications for the role of Strategic Operations Director with an estimated salary of $120,000 per annum. In this position, you will be responsible for guiding and managing a team of Procure to Pay Professionals working through high volume, complex transactions with a sharp focus on Supplier Satisfaction.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Owning day-to-day operations to deliver predictable output and overseeing key business metrics like aging and supplier escalations.
  • Actively engaging with senior client stakeholders to understand the ever-changing business needs.
  • Leveraging your experience to proactively build and maintain an efficient and effective delivery architecture to drive business results in line with client's prioritized objectives.
  • Challenging the status quo to constantly discover process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the Transformation team to identify and execute new ideas, including smart automation.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance or qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) with rich experience in a similar role.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics optimize operations.

The preferred qualifications/skills for this role include:

  • Proven understanding of P2P concepts, processes, key controls, and ability to manage a large team in a remote environment.
  • Exposure in a large scale, complex manufacturing environment with an understanding of business life cycle.
  • Passionate about solving problems, and tenacity to develop ideas in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – ability to interact with and influence a global audience.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects while still delivering timely and accurate results.
  • Open-minded with ability to encourage people, question the status quo, and challenge the team to do better every day.
  • Attention to detail, ability to connect the dots, and ask intelligent questions.
  • Familiarity with the latest technologies used in I2P processes and application thereof will be a big plus.
