Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth and cost-efficient movement of goods while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
This role involves coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to execute logistics plans for timely deliveries. It also includes monitoring stock levels, supporting inventory audits, and maintaining proper product storage and safety standards.
The Logistics Coordinator must track inbound and outbound shipments, escalate delays or issues, and coordinate with transporters and third-party logistics providers. This role also requires maintaining accurate logistics records and shipment documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. You should also have 2–4 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations and working knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and MS Excel.
The ideal candidate will have good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license is preferred, and willingness to travel if required. The Logistics Coordinator will work in office and warehouse settings and may require occasional travel to distribution centers or vendor sites. Extensive hours during peak periods are expected.
