About this Position

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day functioning of gas compressor plants, ensuring their smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily inspections and prevent any nominal issues from arising at the site.
  • Maintain equipment in optimal condition by performing scheduled maintenance tasks on Reciprocating Compressors as per OEM guidelines.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot Compressors, Divers, and Process-related issues.
  • Promote a culture of zero oil and gas leakages.
  • Procure necessary spares for the Site and advise the PM accordingly.
Impact and Deliverables:
  • Evaluate and maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance schedules for installed equipment to meet internal and external audit requirements.
  • Ensure precise and reliable reporting of all site matters.
  • Monitor crucial parameters such as Pressure, Temperature, Flow, and process-related indicators.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum Experience: 10 years in O&M of oil and gas processing units.
  • Strong soft skills, proficiency in MS Office, and basic knowledge of EHS practices at Oil and Gas fields.
