Interior Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to conceptualise and develop design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Sourcing materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, budget, and timelines.
  • Conducting site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
  • Preparing BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participating in professional client negotiations.
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time, quality delivery.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Working collaboratively with team members and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
  • Must own a vehicle for office/site commuting.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
