AI Tech Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to take on the role of AI Tech Lead.

This is a critical position within our organization, responsible for driving the development of AI and scalable solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in Python, system design, and scalable architectures.

  • Design and develop innovative AI solutions using Python and modern frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and deployment.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers to foster growth and development within the team.
  • Embody a startup mindset, embracing agility, flexibility, and ownership.

The ideal candidate will possess 7–9 years of experience in building and delivering software solutions, with proficiency in Python, system design, and scalable architectures. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face, as well as experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
