Job Overview

  • As a key member of the project team, you will support the execution of all day-to-day projects and portfolio activities, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
  • Responsibilities include tracking and reporting on monthly maintenance expenditures, coordinating planning and budgeting, and managing significant allocation of project costs.
  • Collaborate with Finance to prepare required planning documents and reports, and assist with strategy development, performance management, and diagnostics of operating cost improvements.
  • Monitor and improve existing processes to deliver simplification and efficiencies across project controls and delivery, supporting real-time reporting and analysis of project management and cost controls.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong Excel skills, preferably with advanced formulae and functions, are required for data analysis and reporting.
  • MS Power BI experience is beneficial, while experience with SAP and basic reporting capabilities are valuable assets.
  • Technically savvy and self-sufficient in various IT software platforms, you should be comfortable presenting and talking to client senior leadership.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities to add value to clients is highly desirable.
