We are currently seeking a highly skilled Automobile Technician to join our team in Maharashtra.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service by receiving customers with a smile and greeting them politely, professionally, and courteousness.
  • Verify service requests made by customers and capture VOC (Voice of Customer) updates in the system.
  • Develop conversational skills for telephonic and face-to-face discussions.
  • Communicate repair updates to customers effectively.
  • Analyze and diagnose scooters to identify repairs required.
  • Update diagnosis reports in the WMS (Work Management System).
  • Perform high-quality repairs and final inspections on vehicles.
  • Track customer complaints in Zendesk and update systems in real-time.
  • Operate the Workshop Management System (WMS) efficiently and ensure adherence.
  • Update operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS systems promptly.
  • Check scooter health in Telematics Command Centre for deep diagnosis.
  • Servicing champions should be fully equipped with knowledge on OLA Scooter specifications.
  • Repair or replace all parts of the scooter as needed.
  • Stay updated on OLA technical curricular and news bulletins on EV technology.
  • Audit inventory and ensure system and physical inventory match regularly.
  • Perform GRN and maintain inventory at Experience Centre.
  • Ensure warranty part reverse logistics to Mother workshop are handled efficiently.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while repairing scooter, wearing uniform and protective gear.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be male only.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/post graduation.
  • Minimum experience: minimum 6 months experience in an automobile industry in service sector.

Salary: ₹19,000-23,000 CTC per month including PF+ ESIC +Incentive.
