Senior Manager/AD-Oracle Cloud SCM Job Opportunity

This leadership role oversees multiple Oracle transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency. As a subject matter expert and strategic advisor, you will lead end-to-end transformations, design and build Oracle SCM applications, develop best practices, and collaborate across teams to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex Oracle Cloud SCM transformations, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.
• Act as an SME and strategic advisor across multiple client accounts, driving strategic decision-making and collaboration across teams.
• Design, build, and configure Oracle SCM applications to meet evolving business requirements, leveraging expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Supply Chain Planning.
• Develop and enforce best practices, maturity models, and solution frameworks, fostering knowledge sharing and capability building within the team.
• Collaborate across teams, provide solutions impacting multiple business areas, and drive strategic decision-making to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
• Expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), Supply Chain Planning, and Oracle Cloud Fusion (ERP, SCM, HCM).
• Strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Proven track record in strategic Oracle Cloud architecture design and delivery, with a focus on scalability and technical solution development.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions, driving business outcomes and process improvements.
