Job Title: Performance Marketing Strategist

About the Role:
This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned performance marketing specialist to join our team and take ownership of driving student acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven campaign execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and programmatic ads.
  • Media Planning and Budgeting: Prepare media plans and manage budgets to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Ad Copywriting and Creative Development: Create compelling ad copy and develop high-performing creatives that drive conversions.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio, and provide regular reports on key metrics.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Paid Ad Campaigns
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Ability to Interpret Data
  • Proficiency in Tools like Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics
