Job Description

The Senior IT Specialist - Wealth Management will play a critical role in designing and developing SharePoint applications that meet the needs of our customers. This individual will work closely with various line of businesses within Investment Solutions Group (ISG), Bank of America Private Bank, and Chief Investment Office (CIO) to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed expectations.

The responsibilities of this role include developing SharePoint applications, maintaining existing ones, preparing insights and identifying trends from data, working as an SME for regions and products, and collaborating with other team members to develop backup capabilities. Additionally, the successful candidate will work in a high-pressure environment, ensuring attention to detail, analyzing and organizing raw data from different sources, automating reports and processes, and adhering to predefined parameters regarding quality and timeliness of work.

Requirements

This position requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent background. Relevant experience in SharePoint designing and data engineering is essential, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience. Strong foundational skills, including database knowledge and good verbal and written communication skills, are necessary. Desired skills include knowledge of wealth & portfolio management, capital markets, and investment management, as well as proficiency in VBA, macros, SharePoint, and database management.
