We are seeking a highly skilled Garment Craftsman to translate digital designs into production-ready specifications.

This critical role requires interpreting fashion concepts into detailed technical packs, developing specification sheets, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.

• Interpret Digital Designs: Convert concept to construct by creating accurate measurements and construction guidelines.
• Develop Specification Sheets: Cover sizing, fabric type, seam construction, trims, and finishing techniques.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Ensure feasibility and manufacturability through close collaboration with pattern makers, production, and design teams.
• Establish Quality Control Checkpoints: Conduct inspections during pre-production and post-production reviews.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in garment tech or production development.
• Strong technical expertise in fit, finishing, and fabric behavior.
• Prior experience working with Western wear or made-to-measure garments.
• Proficiency in creating spec packs, sample reviews, and garment construction assessments.
