As a Scientific Writing Lead, you will be responsible for creating complex and specialized content without supervision, managing the end-to-end publication/medical education content development process, and developing therapeutic area expertise preferably Oncology. You will also coach and review content created by junior scientific writers, work closely with peers/team to develop best practices, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology-related fields (hematology specialization preferred) and a proven track record in creating oncology trial manuscripts for Tier 1 journals. Experience in managing end-to-end publication/medical education content development processes, developing and maintaining therapeutic area expertise, coaching and reviewing content created by junior scientific writers, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders is essential.
